La adquisici\u00f3n se llevar\u00e1 a cabo sobre una base libre de caja, libre de deuda y con capital de trabajo neto en cero. La contraprestaci\u00f3n consiste en: USD$10 millones pagaderos en efectivo al cierre; y una contraprestaci\u00f3n contingente de hasta USD$60 millones, vinculada al tonelaje total de mineral autorizado en un \u201cplan de trabajo y obras y una licencia ambiental aprobada.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-83db811 elementor-widget
